How will my Puku charger be shipped?
Your Puku charger will be shipped within one business day via Fedex, DHL or USPS. You will also receive shipping and tracking notification once your order has been processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally via DHL or UPS. In addition to the shipping costs, local taxes or duty may apply.
Where can I physically buy a Puku charger?

How do I use my Puku charger?

What devices does Puku charge?
It charges smart phones, tablets, mobile or hand-held devices with USB cable chargers.
How do I charge my Puku?
The Puku charger comes with a USB cable which has a micro-USB connector and a wall charger. Charge your Puku by connecting it to the wall charger via the micro-USB connector. It takes 5-7 hours to fully charge the Puku. See the manual for further instructions.
How do I know how much battery life is left on my Puku?
The Puku comes with a battery level indicator that displays different colors depending on the charge level of your Puku. White: 71-100%, Orange: 35-70%, Red: 11-34%, Flashing Red: 0-10%
Can I charge my Puku from the wall while charging my device with the Puku?
DO NOT charge your device while simultaneously charging your Puku product via a wall outlet.
How many charges can I get out of my Puku charger?
A single charge of 8000 mAh, will provide 3-5 full charges for most smart phones, and 50-100% charge for most tablets.
My Puku charger is not charging, what should I do?

How do I know my Puku is fully charged?
The flashing indicator becomes a solid white color once your Puku device is fully charged.

Why does my phone vibrate while charging?
It means your phone is not receiving enough charge from the Puku. Simply connect your phone to USB port 1 to stop the vibration.
Why are the lights still turned on after disconnecting my device from the Puku?
Simply disconnect the device charging cable completely from the Puku to shut off the lights.
Warranty and return questions:
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns of products purchased from the Puku website may be done within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the device. If you purchased a Puku product from a retail store, please return it to the store where you made the purchase.
Can I exchange my item(s) for something else?
Puku does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product. However, you have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s) for warranty related issues.
Will you accept a return from one of your retail partners?
We do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information. However, if your product has a technical issue, every retail partner purchase is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues (within 1 year of purchase).
What kind of warranty do I get on my Puku product?
All Puku hardware products, including clearance and refurbished products, carry a one-year Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
